Summun Bukmun Umyun Fahum Layarjiun
A Quranic description of people who refuse to hear, speak, or see the truth, and so do not turn back to the right path.
Surah Al-Baqarah (2), verse 18 — صُمٌّ بُكْمٌ عُمْيٌ فَهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ.

"Deaf, dumb, and blind — so they will not return [to the right path]" — describing those who willfully reject guidance.
Urdu
"بہرے، گونگے اور اندھے — سو وہ (سیدھی راہ کی طرف) نہیں لوٹیں گے" — حق کو جان بوجھ کر رد کرنے والوں کی صفت بیان کرتی آیت۔
Hindi
"बहरे, गूंगे और अंधे — सो वे (सीधे रास्ते की ओर) नहीं लौटेंगे" — सच को जान-बूझकर ठुकराने वालों की विशेषता बताने वाली आयत।
